Summary: This home provided a comfortable stay with several positive features. The location was convenient, and the home itself appeared relatively new. It is situated on a street with a row of homes of similar size and design, directly across from a grassy area that seemed to be a moderately maintained park, popular with disc golf enthusiasts and walkers. Walking distance to a Family Dollar, Mcdonald's, and other convenience stores. The layout was practical, with two master bedrooms, one located upstairs and one downstairs both with ensuite bathrooms. The two smaller bedrooms upstairs each contained queen-sized beds and shared a hall bathroom. While the beds were quite comfortable, the linens could be considered low-quality, prompting a family member nearby to bring extra blankets for added comfort. The open-concept design of the kitchen, living, and dining areas facilitated togetherness; however, it became quite loud when two or three individuals conversed simultaneously. All of the hard surfaces and the absence of rugs on the flooring contributed to the noisiness. The kitchen was equipped with basic supplies, although the selection and quality were somewhat limited. The refrigerator lacked a functional icemaker but included two ice trays, and it was rather small for a rental of this size. We encountered some issues with the dishwasher, but the owner was responsive and arranged for someone to address the problem within 30 minutes. Overall, it was a good rental experience.
